Unlike many blogs these days, we will not search the internet for big releases and you won't find the Beatport Top 10 here. We only post tracks, demo's or mixes provided by the DJ self for promotional purposes. Meet My Beat's visitors can give feedback, which will help the DJ to become better! In our opinion this last part is essential for the DJ. If nobody tells him what he's doing wrong today, how is he supposed to do better tomorrow?
Why?
We are already familiar with the big names in the industry, but we seem to forget about the many unknown talents out there. And of course, we too like new releases from leading DJ's all over the world. But we are also interested in what the future has to offer!
How?
As a DJ, you can send anything you like to hylkevandenhatert@gmail.com, as long as it is for promotional purposes. This can be a track or mix, but also news about yourself or about what you're up to in the future for instance. Do you have a blog, site, MySpace or Hyves account etc? Tell us and we'll mention it in the post as well.
